Our comprehensive training department is led by nationally accredited trainers to meet the demands of a constantly changing environment. We also have a continuous training program to ensure the quality of our service.
We are also able to provide staff with additional skills from fire marshals, first aiders, guard supervisors and security managers.
Our guards on the ground are fully supported by our central control room , supervisory team and line manager. All guards are checked on frequently, either in person or remotely to ensure that both them and our clients properties remain safe.
